Addition to provided third party software

The AI Finance Association Europe also makes software, including bots, indicators and similar tools, provided by external developers and third parties available to members for research and development work. We would like to point out that we assume no liability or guarantee for this externally provided software. The use of such software is permitted only on demo accounts to provide members with a risk-free environment for research and development purposes.

It is important to understand that using these tools on real money accounts presents its own risk. The AI Finance Association Europe strongly recommends that all externally provided software products be thoroughly tested and evaluated for their efficiency and security in a controlled environment before even considering use on a real money account.

Members who choose to use these tools in any manner do so at their own risk and accept the risk of potential financial loss or technical problems. We advise caution and recommend that you thoroughly familiarize yourself with the features, limitations and potential risks of each software in order to make informed decisions about its use.

The AI Finance Association Europe's provision of these tools aims to promote research and development in financial technology and provide members with access to innovative tools. At the same time, we emphasize the importance of using these resources responsibly and encourage our members to adhere to ethical guidelines and standards in their research work.

By using software provided by third parties, Members acknowledge that they understand and accept the terms and conditions set forth herein and the risk involved.

Notes on the use of third-party software

As part of our efforts to provide members of the AI Finance Association Europe with advanced tools for research purposes, we work with third parties who provide specialized software, including bots, indicators and similar technologies. It is important to emphasize that the source code of this software is protected according to the latest technical possibilities and the AI Finance Association Europe assumes no liability for the protection or security of the source code.

The community receives access to the software without the source code and use of our technology is limited to the duration of the development projects. Once development is complete, the software is automatically deactivated and cannot be used any further. The source code remains the intellectual property of the third party provider or the developer of the software at all times. The members of our research community never have any rights to the source code or the right to view or use it.

These measures are critical to protecting the integrity and security of the software as well as the copyrights and intellectual property of the developers. At the same time, they enable our members to gain access to modern tools for their research without having to assume the risks and responsibilities associated with direct access to the source code.

We encourage our members to use these tools responsibly and in accordance with the ethical standards of research. It is important to always be aware of the temporary nature of access and to use the software in a way that supports the goals of the research projects without violating the rights of the software developers.

By using the software provided by third parties, members agree to respect all terms and conditions and to use the software solely within the guidelines and restrictions set by the AI Finance Association Europe.
