Billing model for the appreciation contribution
Our refer-a-friend program rewards members on multiple levels for their referrals.
It rewards members not only for their direct referrals, but also for growing their network through the referrals of their referred members.
Here are the details of the compensation for each level:
Level 1 - Direct recommendation
For every direct recommendation that leads to a new membership or a purchase, the recommending member receives an appreciation contribution of 30% of the purchase price.
Example calculation:
With a purchase price of 100 euros for a new membership or a purchase, the member who made the recommendation receives an appreciation contribution of 30 euros.
Level 2 - Recommendation by recruited members
If a directly referred member recommends someone, the original member receives 10% of the amount remaining after the first stage.
Example calculation:
After paying 30 euros in appreciation for the first stage, 70 euros remain. The original member receives 10% of these 70 euros, i.e. 7 euros.
Level 3 - Recommendations Two levels under Direct recommendations
For recommendations that are two levels below the direct recommendations, the original member receives 5% of the amount remaining after the first two levels.
Example calculation:
After the payments for levels 1 and 2, 63 euros remain. The original member receives 5%, i.e. EUR 3.15, for recommendations at this level.
Level 4 - Recommendations Three levels under Direct recommendations
This is similar to level 3, whereby the member also receives 5% of the remaining amount for recommendations that are three levels below his direct recommendations.
Example calculation:
After payment for the first three levels, 59.85 euros remain. The original member receives 5% of EUR 59.85 for each recommendation at this level, i.e. approximately EUR 2.99.
