Trading Depot Overview - My experiences from the last trading week
Depot Review
Compared to the last trading week, the trading portfolio, including all book profits and losses, has only moved marginally. The portfolio performance decreased by 0.33 percent. Considering the strength of the indices, this is relatively poor. This is because I am currently acting very cautiously and only executing a few trades. The current record levels on the financial market are making me wonder whether this will actually lead to a sustainable trend continuation.
Trades executed
Nevertheless, a few trades were completed last week. These included a short position on the DAX, as well as long positions on RWE, gold, Aecom and one on the DAX. All in all, I was able to make almost no significant losses in the last trading week, but for the reason mentioned above for caution, I was also unable to profit disproportionately from them.
Planned procedure
During the stock screening at the weekend, I noticed energy and oil stocks in particular that could be suitable for a long position. The consumer goods sector such as Philip Morris and Procter & Gamble is also interesting. Another exciting stock is the German asset management company DWS.
However, I will remain cautious as long as the trend with the new record highs on the German and American stock markets does not consolidate in the long term.
In addition to the blog that is actively maintained here, my information portal Investment.Traders contains other exciting articles, detailed stock analyses, presentations of various investment opportunities and a weekly update in video form. This is my contribution to financial education in Germany.
